Escape reality book club

Hosted by The Obsessive Bookseller and Apathy and Rhetoric

The Escape Reality Book Club is monthly feature where members take turns nominating the Young Adult titles they most want to read. We started it because both Niki and I love geeking out about books, and knew a lot of other people who felt the same way. This is a very low-pressure book club where anybody is invited to join. All you have to do is click here to be directed to our official Facebook page and asked to join the group. Those of you who live in the Southern Utah area are more than welcome to come to the monthly meetings to discuss the book, otherwise Niki and I are willing to host a twitter discussion at #escaperealitybc if anyone is interested.

Here are May’s contenders (nominated by Kayleen):

I’m too lazy to post the summaries right now.

Happy voting! 🙂

Author: Apathy & Rhetoric

First and foremost, I hate being the center of attention and that includes having to talk or write about myself, which makes blogging seem like an odd choice, but I think I can make it work for me. I just keep telling myself that the chances of people actually reading my blog are slim to none. Other significant things about me: I am a graduate of Utah State University with a bachelors in English. Armed with this useless degree I went and got a job selling books. I admit, I love it. It allows me to indulge a major obsession in my life, which is reading. I also want to write a book (who doesn't), but am usually too lazy to sit down and write. (I blame apathy).
